I wondered about telling the truth about why I started on the journey of owning a boutique and where the name came from, but I'm nothing if not honest with my customers.
As with life, things happen. Pregnancy, failed relationships that keep you from your life plan. Also with life you readjust.
I have two beautiful rainbow babies. One of those babies was prone to sickness, which kept me from working steadily. After thinking long and hard, I decided I wanted to put my half degree and years of work in retail to use. I wanted to be able to stay home with my girls but also be able to provide. That's where the boutique idea came from. The name... As those of us who are fortunate enough to experience rainbows know, you have some or many loses along the way. One of those loses that hit me exceptionally hard was to be Addilyn, the Rose, was from my favorite flowers, White Roses.
So from the bottom of mine and my families heart; thank you for your support, loyalty, and every single purchase. I do this to fill my girls bellies. To provide. To show them that although life gets mommy down sometimes (I'm not ashamed to admit that I battle with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder), that it's about getting up and pushing through it all that matters.
