Return Policy

At Addilyn Rose Boutique, our biggest goal is to make sure that all of our amazing customers are well-served.
Due to the changing nature of our business, we have decided that we will not offer refunds or store credit at this time.
Refunds in the form of store credit will be given to items that are defective when notice of defect is given within the allotted time frame.

All return claims must be made within 3 days of delivery(for damaged items only, SEE BELOW).
Anything purchased at a discount price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a return, this includes but is not limited to; Items bought using discount codes, items bought with credits, gift cards, promotional items (including prizes and credit issued), pre-sale items, etc.
Any items bought with credit won from contests, promotions, etc. can NOT be returned for any form of credit. These items are FINAL SALE.
Any items bought on Addilyn Rose Credit are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any Pre-sale items, special order items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. ONLY new, unused (tags still intact) items will be considered for return(including damaged items).
All shoes and accessories are FINAL SALE- due to the nature of the product.
Please look over and TRY on your orders as soon as you receive it as our stock levels change very quickly. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order and submit photos of defects. We are not liable for any damages or late claims.
